Non penso ci sia niente di meglio per un"etichetta di festeggiare dieci anni di attività con una raccolta contenente oltre cinquecento minuti di musica e un"infinità di gruppi che assumono un ruolo importante nel movimento ebm e industrial. Non tutte le entità sonore proposte su "Electronic Body Matrix" sono indispensabili e magari alcune di loro avranno un peso nullo sulle future evoluzioni del genere ma la compilation ha comunque un valore storico perché fissa in maniera abbastanza precisa quella che è la situazione attuale. Il settanta per cento del materiale è inedito e questo contribuisce a rendere interessante la release inaugurata dalla pazzesca "Rhythm Machine" che Sebastian Komor ha scelto per aprire il full lenght di debutto del suo progetto personale. Sempre nel primo dischetto troviamo i Cubanate con "We Are Crowd (v1.6)" e la corrosiva "Do You Feel The Same" di Necro Facility. Nel secondo splendono "Destroy Improve Rebuild" di Faderhead, il remix di Terence Fixmer di "Never Surrender" dei Combichrist, "Automatic Ideology" dei Krystal System e "Addict" di Noorglo. Il terzo cd è senza dubbio il migliore con Front 242, il nuovo singolo dei Covenant, il remix di Faderhead di "Mädchen In Uniform" di Nachtmahr e quelli di Kant Kino di "Down On Your Knees" dei Nitzer Ebb e "Death Cures All Pain" di Suicide Commando. Bruderschaft, Kant Kino, Assemblage 23 e Plastic Noise Experience sono i protagonisti dell"ultimo dischetto ma non è finita perché oltre ai quattro supporti digitali troverete una download card che vi permetterà di scaricare gratuitamente altre quaranta canzoni di Unter Null, Acylum, Standeg e Seleneriot. E" proprio "(m)alice" possiede quel sapore di innovazione di cui la scena ha un disperato bisogno.
