L'etichetta di Shannon Malik si presenta sul mercato con questa doppia compilation che non si discosta molto da quanto prodotto da 'Emerging Organisms' della Tympanik Audio. I tratti principali sono idm, dark ambient e power noise e come spesso accade in questi casi alcuni pezzi sono davvero interessanti e altri decisamente trascurabili. Limitandomi ad analizzare soltanto i primi vi consiglio di puntare forte su Ex_Tension ('Le Complexe (Significant remix)'), di cui la Signifier ha ristampato di recente 'Freedom', e Lucidstatic ('Once Upon A Time'). Tonikom ('Insence'), Zero Degree ('Bury Me With Silence') e Cruise [Ctrl] ('51,201') illuminano 'Arrivals' mentre Sylvgheist Maëlström ('Banda-aceh'), Worms O The Earth ('Passing Through The Deep (Signifier Cut)') e Fractured Transmission ('Aware') si ritagliano uno spazio importante in 'Departures'. In definitiva un discreto strumento per conoscere una label da cui ci aspettiamo molto in futuro.
