Higher è il nuovo singolo degli Innerwish, che dichiarano:

"This is one of our most favourite songs of the album and - to be honest here - the one we were afraid it wouldn't end up in the album due to it being way different than the others! But Henrik Udd's excellent mixing somehow dispelled our fears and we're more than happy to share it with you! The lyrical story of this song is about a father talking to his first born child. In this case, it's a son and in particular the one of our singer George, but you can project it onto any child you want obviously: the feelings of the father, his thoughts, his anxieties, his will to always be there for his child - even after leaving this world."
